As of a few weeks ago, the builder received a building permit from the county and has begun to clear away the trees and shrubbery. The lot has been leveled to allow for site work to begin on the slab. This is a very level homesite~perfect for playing catch in the backyard or touch football in the front! It is also at the cusp of the cul-de-sac which makes it a great location for having block parties with the neighbors.
After the slab is complete, a home truly starts to emerge! It takes about one day for the framers to put in the floor trusses and frame the first floor of the home. It takes about another day to a day and a half to frame the second floor and put up roof trusses.
