Tamra Wade and Partners is proud to introduce its newest Sales Manager, Belinda Deeb. Having worked as an onsite specialist selling new homes with Tamras team for more than four years, she is more than prepared for this new endeavor. Only obtaining her real estate license in 2001 and her associate broker license in 2009, it is clear that Belindas career continues to skyrocket. Belinda feels like this is the perfect next step in her career and is excited to be beginning this new position.
Starting out her career in apartment leasing, Belinda quickly moved forward with selling new construction for both national builders and small private builders, and found her passion in helping families find their dream home.
Belindas new position will include helping recruit, hire and train new on-site sales specialists as well as educating the existing sales team. She will focus on showing them how to self-market and promote their business, while coming up with unique and effective ways to promote RE/MAX, the builders and the new homes. Belinda will act as the link between the builders and the sales agents, reviewing contracts and paperwork to ensure smooth transactions for all parties involved. Additionally, Belindas position will require her to continually educate herself and the team on market conditions, new construction techniques and current loan programs.
Prior to moving to Georgia in 1998, Belinda grew up in Irving, Texas. Today, she resides with her husband and children in Hall County. Her free time includes spending time with family and enjoying nature.
