R. E. Wade Homes specializes in building homes priced from $400,000 to $1 million-plus. As a preferred builder at both Chateau Élan and the Gates of Braselton, the company has the opportunity to build in some of the northern suburbs’ most sought-after luxury home communities. Currently, R. E. Wade Homes is constructing a high-end inventory home in Chateau Élan that will be priced around $850,000. Although it’s currently being built as an inventory home, Randy knows that there will be a buyer for this home thanks to its quality and the strength of the improving metro Atlanta real estate market.
In addition to building homes in large communities, R. E. Wade Homes also builds custom homes for buyers on their own land, as well as urban homes. In the early 2000s, Randy was an in-town builder that worked on both demolishing existing structures and building new construction homes.
