Home South Communities announces the grand opening of the decorated model home in their Laurel Manor community. The Buford new home community will host the grand opening on Saturday, July 11 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Interested home buyers are invited to tour the model home and enjoy a delicious catered lunch provided by American Eagle Mortgage Company.
The model home is located at 3315 Moss Glen Court and is fully decorated to further highlight the premium finishes, details and features offered by the community builder, Home South Communities.
Once completed, the community will feature 104 new homes, and pricing will begin from the $400,000s. The community will feature single-family homes that offer 3,300 to 4,000 square feet of space and there will be seven floor plans available, providing prospective home buyers with options for both the home’s layout and exterior elevation appearance. In addition, homes can be built on a slab or basement foundation.
The homes featured at Laurel Manor display many of the popular features desired by new homeowners today.
