Just want to remind our active duty military members that you have been given an extra year for the homebuyer tax credits.
You have two months remaining, March and April, to finalize your home purchase and complete a contract before the deadline.
Homebuyer Tax Credit Program for Military:
All contracts must be finalized by April 30, 2011 and close by June 30, 2011.
~ $8,000 for first time homebuyers
~ $6,500 for current homeowners
