Home South Communities is excited to announce that it will soon begin construction on new homes at two communities in northeast Georgia. Buyers will soon be able to find these homes at Sterling on the Lake, a master-planned community in Flowery Branch, as well as The Meadows at Mill Creek, a new community from Home South in Buford.
The Meadows at Mill Creek will feature 31 single-family homes that are priced from the high $200,000s. Available in late summer 2014, buyers will find both two-story and ranch home plans, as well as a plan that offers the master bedroom on the main floor. In addition, buyers will have the option to select either slab or basement home sites, as well as optional three-car garages.
Located on Kilgore Road between I-85 and I-985, The Meadows at Mill Creek is located just minutes away from the Mall of Georgia. In addition, the community will be part of an award-winning school system that includes Duncan Creek Elementary, Osbrone Middle and Mill Creek High schools.
Home South Communities will also be constructing new homes at Sterling on the Lake, an established community in south Hall County that features a plethora of outstanding amenities and events. Home sales will begin in July 2014, with buyers being able to select from both slab and basement single-family homes that feature four or more bedrooms. The model home and first five inventory homes will be under construction soon.
