Buying a new home, be it new construction or resale, doesnat always go right. Try as we might we humans are an emotional bunch and we let these emotions get in the way of making rational, logical decisions.
A similar situation happened the other day at Cypress Springs and it will be a huge benefit to our next Birchwood buyer. We had a couple come out to Cypress and they fell head in heals over our sales center home. It is a Birchwood model and all decked out. That evening their agent was calling to set an appointment for the next AM as the couple wanted to make an offer. So we met the next morning and wrote up the offer and sent it to the seller for approval. Everyone seemed thrilled except I detected the tiniest of hesitation from the husband. His job was at the perimeter and weare a bit of a drive from there. Not that most everyone in metro Atlanta doesnat drive 45 minutes to an hour to get to work. No real problem, or so I though.
