Hello, I am Belinda Deeb and I have been selling real estate in the metro Atlanta market since 2001. I joined The Tamra Wade and Partners Team in 2010. I love Real Estate. My specialty is New Construction. I truly enjoy every aspect of new construction. I love meeting new people and helping them to find the floor plan and home site that suits their needs most. Since no floor plan is perfect it can sometimes be a bit challenging. I embrace the challenge and am thankful that my current builder shares the same perspective.

On a weekly basis I try to come up with new and interesting ideas to market the homes that are available for sale. In a successful community, everyone wins; from the person who first purchased in the community to the very last person who purchases.
I have noticed from my years in new home sales that a huge number of people purchase from out of state. Because it is so hard to know what is going on with your new home when you are so far awaya¦ I started taking photos and emailing them to the out of state buyers. It evolved into a part of my daily routine. I now update photos on Facebook for every home that is under construction in my community. It is such an easy way for buyers to share with friends and family their excitement about their future residence and the actual progress. On a personal note, I enjoy gardening and being outdoors. My ancestors were farmers and it is in my rootsa¦ no pun intended! Each spring my children (Braden 4 years old and Brooke 6 years old) assist me in planting a vegetable garden and a watermelon patch. We watch it grow and fend off the predators: deer and rabbits. Some years we have a big harvest and other years we are still buying tomatoes from the market.

Another way that we spend time outdoors is by enjoying the lake and doing water sports. We wake board, wake surf, fish, boat and we all love to swim. We enjoy having a bon-fire on cool evenings at the lake. On these evenings, you will always find smores smeared across the little ones hands and cheeks!
Photography has also been an interest of mine since high school where I was the Senior Photography Editor of our yearbook. I enjoy taking photos of the homes under construction, but my little ones have been my favorite subject to catch on film.
If you've been following the local real estate news you know that the inventory of homes for sale is at an all time low, especially for new homes. At the same time mortgage interest rates are still at historic lows. When my parents bought their home in 1966 their interest rate was 6% fixed. In 1989 when I bought my first home my rate was 11%. Experienced realtors were ecstatic years later when rates dropped...
