2013| Welcome to the Slaughters and Lorentzas, new residents of Cypress Springs. The Slaughters moved in a couple of weeks ago and the Lorentzas are moving in this weekend. The both families chose our Birchwood plan. The Lorentzas chose to build their Birchwood home so they could pick their colors, cabinets, flooring and granite countertops as well as see how solidly the home is built. They and their extended family came out many times as the home was built by Southern Heritage Homes. The Lorentzas choose a Birchwood that was already completed.
Demand for homes in Cypress Springs has really challenged the builder to keep up with the pace. We have a Mckendree ranch plan that will close later this month and Northwyck plan that is nearing completion. Our Builder, Southern Heritage is pulling three more permits for new homes to begin construction this month. We will have one Birchwood, one Crestview and a McKendree ranch; these homes will be ready to move into near the end of January. In addition to the four spec homes Cypress Springs has an additional 20 lots to be built on. Most of these are slab lots but there are several basement lots available as well.
